Young couples in Nagpur are very aware of the importance of proper Antenatal Care during pregnancy; it was so heartening to see the daddies-to-be taking so much interest in the workshop, and pampering the mommies-to-be with their care and questions about antenatal care. It was a lovely interactive session, with Dr. Barkha answering each and every question and addressing common pregnancy concerns and problems that both moms-to-be and dads-to-be face.

There was lots of fun too, with couples learning pregnancy exercises together, doing Lamaze breathing together, and daddies-to-be learning to fold nappies, and also learning the right way to handle the new born baby.

All participants went home with lots of Goodie bags, Gift Vouchers, Free Haircut and Spa Coupons! The workshop ended with sumptuous High Tea and Heavy Snacks!
